3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

- liv18 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.
- Withdrawals cannot be made while an active bonus wagering requirement is pending.
4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
New members at liv18 will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:
- The qualifying deposit must be at least ৳200 to receive the bonus.
- A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus; total ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets required.
- The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
- No more than one bonus may be claimed per person or household.
VIP and Cashback Bonuses
The liv18 VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback applies at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Silver: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- Gold: up to 1.1% cashback per week.
- Platinum: up to 1.5% cashback per week.
VIP tier progression is determined based on regular play. Cashback bonuses will be awarded at the end of each calendar week subject to applicable conditions.
5. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the liv18 platform:
- Creating or operating more than one account.
- Using the site for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Playing using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Attempting to manipulate or hack game outcomes.
- Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage (collusion).
- Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy from a restricted country or region.
- Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain a disproportionate advantage.
- Placing bets on behalf of third parties or managing other users' accounts.
